The festival runs on volunteers. A few hours of your time, before the day or on it, makes the difference between a good festival and a great one.
Setup and clear
downMarquees, seating, signage, stalls and the site plan, the morning
before and the evening after.
StewardingWelcoming guests, keeping performance areas clear and pointing people to what they
need.
Welcome deskChecking registrations, handing out brochures and answering questions.
Children's areaGames, craft and cultural activity for younger guests. Suitable checks are arranged
where needed.
Media and
photographyPhotography, video, livestream support and social media on
the day.
Planning and
fundraisingYear round help with logistics, sponsorship, the brochure and
community outreach.
