By car. Use postcode
M14 6LA for Platt Fields Park. The park is on Wilmslow Road in Fallowfield, south
of Manchester city centre.
Parking. Visitor parking
is accessed via Platt Lane. Spaces are limited, so please use public transport where possible and
follow all event-day signs and steward directions.
By train. Arrive at
Manchester Piccadilly or Manchester Oxford Road, then continue by bus along the Oxford Road /
Wilmslow Road corridor.
By bus or tram. Regular
services 42, 43, 142 and 143 stop close to the park on Wilmslow Road; journeys
from the city centre typically take 10–15 minutes. St Werburgh's Road is the nearest Metrolink
stop, around a 20–25 minute walk away.
